Love this electronic store . I went in to purchase a specific air purifier, but instead bought their store brand air purifier and am very happy and impressed with how well it works to givd me that freshly purified air. It is the Insignia large room air purifier that covers a room approximately 500 square feet. So please check this product out, it will be well worth your purchase and satisfaction .

I bought a phone and within 3 weeks the audio started messing up, it's useless. Yes, I should have bought the warranty but I figured it was a good phone and nothing would happen to it. Best buy is unwilling to give a refund or exchange. It hasn't even been 30 days. So disappointing and sad because the phone is useless and I spent a lot of money on this phone.

Man!! Super service and I wish I remembered your name sir!! When I get it I will update this post. But my sister yelled “MODEM!!!” Lol at you… So we are out side and had order my nephew a gaming computer. Before coming into the store we get a email that the computer was out of stock!! 🤨🧐 I race over as we call and get to the doors 🚪 at the time of closing.. so all the employees are racing out the door 🏃♂️ 🏃♀️ and we ask for help but no one wants this overtime 🤦🏽♀️🙆🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️… I can’t blame them I’m walking in at the wrong time but one super man helps up find a new computer and monitor… plus a few other things 🤣👈 we laugh.. My nephew thanks you

No, you will be disappointed with the help at Best Buy. The best thing for setting up Alexa is to call Amazon. I have found on numerous occasions that you will speak to a live person, English-speaking or Spanish-speaking, and very knowledgeable. They will help you through every step of the way on any model of Alexa or Echo or smart switches. Don't waste your time calling Best Buy. Amazon direct phone numbers are available on their website.

I agree, if you are within the 14 day window for refunds, if you have your receipt, as long as everything is in excellant condition, not used or opened they should give you all your money back. I don't believe they have a restocking fee.

You can purchase a router. I am a gamer so i subscribe to comcast and the router supports ethernet and wireless. I did not have PC OR laptop at the time. It runs about $200 which saves you money in the long run by not having to rent the equipment. Shop Frys as well just in case so you can take advantage of Best Buys price matching. They have less expensive routers too. Hope this helps.
