Positive: Staff friendly, location, price, and full refrigerator. Negative: To open door, I had to push down and lift handle and push w my should to get opened. Dog barked all hours of early morning and night. Complained multiple times. Muffins were dry and seemed old. Did not have blankets.

Positive: Convenient to freeway Negative: Elevator not working. At 75, had to climb stairs to 3rd floor. Lobby very dark. Seedy looking people hanging around outside smoking. Hair in tub.

I never leave reviews for anything, but I NEED to leave one. This place is runned down which is the least. It was smelly and dirty, very dirty!!! Their were long hairs in the sheets, the floors have probably not been mopped since they were installed. The door frames had god knows what on them. My mattress cover had something smeard on it, the bathroom has a 10 star cleaning sticker, please clean the rooms!! If you are trying to save a few bucks, don't stay here!! I hope management can not only read my post, but inspect the cleaning or stay themselves in the rooms to have the guests experience. If you are going tonstay here, bring lysol and clorox wipes!! Sorry to say all this, but it was a BAD experience!!

The front desk is completely rude and unprofessional. Absolutely no customer service. No elevator available when I stayed in a whole week due to the maintenance service. Breakfast service is horrible. There is no cleaning service in my room. Not even worth a penny. Only the bed mattress is comfortable. Strong not recommend this hotel. Never come back here again.
