I called to order a pizza at 9:40pm, it says you guys are closed at 10:30pm. I held until someone picked up the phone and said we’re closed and rudely hung up on my face. This is not professional as I was mid sentence asking about the closing hours. Never eaten here at this location but I never will for sure now 👍🏻 Thanks for the experience pizza guys on Elk Grove.

LOVE the thick crust it's DELICIOUS!!! Frequent buyer, I've earned 2 free pizzas, the service is spot on, staff is friendly and the food is top notch. Would recommend. :)

Cold pizza, pasta was green, pizza order wrong, manager could care less. $55 dollars and worst customer service ever! We called to ask why our order was wrong, manager said to call corporate. Wait, a franchise owner can't handle its own problems?? Called twice and they blame their franchise, not the one who owns that location! Worst service ever!! Don't pay in cash, credit card you'd get your money back. Call a real pizza company!! Got pictures of this frozen pizza, green pasta, not what we ordered, and management says call corporate! Will do, what a typical inexperienced customer service representative of garbage pizza!!

This was My first time to Pizza Giys. The staff greeted me as I approached the counter. The Young lady behind tbe counter was extremely nice and helpful with the menu and made a few suggestions, which I really appreciated. The service was fast as it is only a takeout and delivery location. I brought my Pizza home and was very pleased with the quality. I will Definitely be back and will gladly recommend Pizza Guys #108 to friends.
