Your parent/legal guardian will need to be present to sign your consent form along with a photo ID. You will also need an ID (school or state) and a birth certificate to verify that is your parent/legal guradian.
I'm sorry you can't you have to have the parent there to sign a form.😕
Depends on the type of ear piercing, but they tend to want the actual parent there with their picture id.
