The lady that is receiving customers on Saturdays is extremely rude . I took my sousplats to get cleaned there, she received them. When I came back one week later they were still at the store, nothing has been done. Happily, Mrs Tammy Morgan (a very polite and nice person) helped me and I got the service that I needed . Today I went to pick up another thing and the same rude lady asked me rudely : did you pick up your Mantels or whatever they were?? Did you pay? I really hold myself for not replying: no, I stole them !! I took my clothes and I will never go back to that place. I don’t deserve to be treated that way .

I dropped my white shirt and dress pants off on Monday for a wedding I have on Saturday. It’s Friday and my shirt came back with brown stains all over so it’s useless. My dress pants to my suit are still MIA. First time and last time I’ll use this Dry Cleaners!

I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.....I literally waited outside the door 10 minutes while a guy/customer was in there talking with no mask for at least 10 minutes! I know they saw me waiting patiently outside the door …Thank you For your review Mr. Lindsay. We at Michael’s cleaners take the Covid situation very seriously. All of our counter representatives are required to wear masks when dealing with customers as well as with dealing with other employees. And as you know we have several locations in the midlands and I am not able to be at all of them at the same time. I have spoken with all of my counter associates stressing the importance of wearing masks.Again, thank you for your concern and thank you for choosing Michaels cleaners for your laundry and dry cleaning needs.
