This is my third EBD location I’ve visited and would undoubtedly be my least favorite. It’s the second location I’ve had toppings I didn’t even order put on my sandwich, though at least the employees were nicer about it at the other location.

When I stepped in on a Sunday morning, there were signs warning customers of the beverages are not available. They had some problems with their water. The cashier had no personality but the food preparer made up with an optimist attitude. I had to get my morning coffee from Starbucks down at the Marriott!! The next day I went back and they had two cashier's. One on their phone looking down at it and responding. The other one, never said good morning, just stared like I had two heads 😜 I guess the cashiers are not morning people. I did enjoy a short conversation with one of the staff members that workin the kitchen.

First time trying it, I wanted the citadel but was informed they were out of bacon. So I opted for the Cuban and it was so “boring” not a thing special abt it, and seemed to have just been haphazardly thrown together I saw someone with a Philly sub, I should have went with that one. Least the sweet tea was good.

Me and my office mates go a few times a week. Why not sure, the service is slow and at least one of us gets a messed up order. Today it took 25 minutes for a grilled cheese. The employees argued over who was going to fill up the empty ice dispenser. The food is usually good and consistent. The atmosphere is good and it's clean. The service is tough and not the friendliest staff.
