Hi Christy. This is our current minor policy: Minors require parental consent to get pierced at our facility. A minor is anyone under the age of 18. We currently do not pierce anyone under the age of 15. Both parties (child and parent or legal guardian) require state issued IDs with matching last names and addresses, if the last names don’t match please bring the child’s birth certificate (the addresses must match) You must be at least 18 years old to get any private area piercings (nipple and genital piercings) regardless of parental consent. Minors who are legally emancipated may sign for their self with proof of proper documentation. Legal guardians other than parent(s) require proper documentation as well.
