Sally Welch corrected this... no life Jacket required to tube on this river. But if you are in a boat/canoe you are required to wear a life jacket...
No permit needed, but you have to have a life jacket with each tube.
Permits?
I don't think you need a permit to float tubes. You need a fishing license if fishing or a driver's license if operating a motorized boat, but that's about it.
