Typical on University. They need to do better. I'd rather go in & order & make sure my stuff is correct. I understand its raining & you probably didn't want to get out but that's the typical stuff they do. Cantrell PIZZA HUT on highway 10 is better!
On the contrary, the only time I used University was nice. No complaint.
