Positive: Absolutely nothing. Negative: Everything. I called the hotel before booking to insure their pool was open. I was assured it was open. After checking in, I saw it was temporarily closed. When I asked the women at the front desk, she simply shrugged. There was also no hot water

I used to stay at this hotel a lot a few years ago. A new company and changing territory means I’ll be staying here more often. I was glad to see it is still a nice place stay. Night clerks were really friendly. My only complaint - no more room service. Bostons still has great food you just have to go get yourself and bring back to your room. Remove the encouraging ads for room service from the rooms - besides that I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again - and I will very soon. I always stay Holiday Inns - no surprises- that’s great when your dead dog tired. Was a great hotel and still is, you won’t be sorry staying

The room and amenities were very good. The housekeeping staff were excellent. Breakfast seemed very understaffed. I ended up waiting a long time and was never seated. I sat myself and had to ask people in the kitchen for silverware and drinks. The shuttle driver was more than 20 minutes late and I was late for an appointment as a result. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Conference services staff were excellent; very professional and helpful.

Positive: the front desk is probably one of the best i have come across. Professional yet great people skills. The staff at the restaurant were also very good. Negative: There was no shower curtain in my bathroom and also the toilet seat was completely loose.
