Excellent hotel! The staff was super friendly, hotel was very clean and beautiful. Nice decor throughout hotel with a rooftop restaurant and bar. The valet guys at the front was very helpful as well as the shuttle drivers. We scheduled a shuttle ride to a nearby concert and since we told them in advance that we needed a ride back, it was no problem. We called when the concert was over and they arrived within 10 minutes. If I travel back to LR, I’ll definitely be staying at this location again.

Stayed at what I thought would be a 4 star hotel. I was disappointed. The room was nice but the shower floor was stained. Service was lacking except for valet service. When I went to check in, there was no one at the front desk. There is a fairly big lobby and there was an employee across the lobby and I raised my voice and asked if she could help. She told me she would be with me shortly. As a member of the diamond club, I asked what amenities were available. I was told free water. No free breakfast. While the site says there is room service, when I called for room service, I was told they don’t offer that service. There was no one to help me with my bags. When I checked out, I paid an extra $25 for valet parking. The downtown area is “seedy” and there were beggars on several corners. When you drive up to valet park, the hotel does not look like the hotel in the picture.

Location was great, service was great, my only complaint is my bathtub did not drain (room 626) but it’s not the biggest deal to me. Also, was not aware when we arrived it’s valet only parking which is $25/additional. Not a huge deal but would be nice if there was self-service parking nearby for those who don’t want to pay someone to park their car. Very clean, very upscale and close to concert/event venues. I personally loved the snack area at the front desk, it’s like a mini store! Breakfast area/bar area were very nice although I’m bummed you have to pay for the good breakfast.

We were told there was only valet parking and if we wanted to park our own car, park on the street. How nice of them considering we paid $1300 for only a few nights and we are Hilton Honors members but just lost trust in valets. That was very welcoming. We won’t be back since you treat your customers as if they don’t matter
