Yes. However dogs must be on leash. This is a wild portion of land and it is recommended that your dog be secured. It is a beautiful walk. You'll hardly feel that you are in the city. Please respect the natural surroundings of this area.
People do, from the stuart street e try on the rocks. But you really shouldnt because it is the food supply for the birds and other animals that live in the marsh reserve.

Yes they are. The paths are just mostly gravel which may be a little strenuous for the wheelchair pusher but definitely do-able.
