We had to move to another room due to the filthy unclean floor. The second room was better but the floor was a filthy dark carpet; therefore, the dirt was not readily seen until my girls walked barefoot and got ready to sit on side of the bed…feet were filthy. This hotel does not vacuum the floors. We had to put hotel towels on the floor all around beds. Moreover, I would not dare eat the free breakfast nor ask for extra towels after this. Needless to say, we went shopping at Walmart for towels and bed covers to place on top of the covers…didn’t trust under the sheets either. I will never stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Oh yeah, the pool was none functional and had green standing water which indicate that this pool has not been in use for a while. Code violation… breeding ground for mosquitoes for sure. Parking area too dark. Well! The front desk clerk was very kind. I stayed because of her and the location. (Thank God for McDonald’s across the street!!!) After all, it was not clerk’s job to make sure this hotel is cleaned properly; this is the hotel manager’s job. Someone in higher places really need to pay this hotel a visit. The location is great; just need better management, less street people hanging around at driveway; and more professional cleaning staff to truly clean and sanitize the rooms. This hotel has great potential to be a great place to stay and money maker of course. But not as it is. Remind us when the under new management sign goes up AND rooms are cleaned professionally; so, we can check it out. We visit Little Rock often and this hotel was a bad experience for our family.

Check in turnabout was closed off for motorcycle parking only. Had to check in thru side door but there was a line of cars parked along curb and what seemed like staff waiting in cars or their rides picking them up. Had to double around the block so I wasn't parked in the street. Clerk was quick and I got my key fast after a but of a wait. Parking garage had trash everywhere and there were people just standing around the entrance and in the alley between the hotel and garage, none that worked there. The pool was not set up and green. The hallways had walls peeling and smelled stale. The room was unimpressive and the bathroom was gross. Cleaned it myself with wipes and paper towels. An alarm went off at midnight for some reason and no one notified us of what was going on so it was tough to sleep the rest of the morning without fear of something happening. Went to check out early and would have let the clerk know but waited for a while before the second person, who seemed like a cleaner, offered to take my card for check out. I just wanted to get out at that point so I left and will never go back or recommend this place. A friend visited 2 years ago and had high praise but this was the worst hotel stay I've ever had.

The parking garage alone was enough for me... Gaits to get into the garage were broken, therefore anyone could enter. The stairwell in the parking garage was pitch black in broad daylight and trashed to the max. It's the morning, and I'm writing this review while I'm still in the hotel and I can only pray my car wasn't broken into. The pool is a beautiful lime green. Hotel hallways and elevators smelt like marijuana. I went to 4 ice machines before finding one that worked. Front desk staff wasn't friendly. I couldn't get into the first room assigned to me so I had to go to the lobby and was given a different room.

First room wasn't clean upon arrival, the bed wasn't made. Second room was decent. Linens and carpet had stains. Bathtub drain was clogged with hair. we informed the desk and on the third time someone finally addressed it. Okay if looking for a quick low budget hotel with fridge/ microwave and grab & go breakfast items. Parking lot and some guests appeared shady. PD secured overnight following a robbery assault in the room down the hall.

No. And I wasnt happy with stay at all. Too much thug activity in parking area
Little Debbie muffins and Nature Valley snack bars. The place has really gone downhill.
Used to be. No serviceable pet area, pets can stay for a $25 fee. Used to be able to stay for free. Not a convenient location for pets (garage, multiple elevators or hard to reach/unsafe stairwells--all filled with mystery liquids and trash).
Partial
Last time I was there they had power. Just a couple months ago
