Very disappointed. Tried to support local small business and it cost me. I purchased a back brace from them took it home and after ten minutes of wearing it was very uncomfortable. Went back to exchange it for a different one and they would not exchange it. There are no returns of any kind I was told. Amazing you can purchase off of websites and if you want to return its not a problem. Just thought I would try to keep my business local. Well they got my money this time but will never again. Buyer beware Adrian, Thank you for your response. However there was no attempt to work with me. I would have gladly taken the 30 dollar loss on an exchange for a cheaper more accommodating brace. As far as the brace looking like someone had worn it I would say that is incorrect. But I did wear it for 10 minutes so there is no denying that. I could open every box and they would all look the same, new. I just wanted to clarify that there was no attempt at working with me. I did leave my name and number with Michelle. Thank you

WONDERFUL staff and AMAZING PRODUCTS!!!!! Thank you SO MUCH to Lisa and Adrian for all your help!! I called looking for something that would help my mom who suffers from a SEVERE form of arthritis. They suggested the Laser Touch One, and then directed me to the Los Alamitos store, where Amol greeted me with a smile and had the product waiting for me. He was VERY friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the product to me, and show me how to use it properly. Even though I had seen wonderful reviews about this product, I was a bit skeptical because her condition is so severe. She has NO cartilage left in here body; her joints are strictly bone on bone. Extremely painful and no cure! I was in tears when she called me to say she was able to sleep through the night without waking up in pain!! This is the first time in years that she has had any relief from the pain. She called it her "miracle worker"!! I never expected such amazing results. I would recommend this product to anyone with chronic pain. I am amazed at how well it works and I can not put into words how wonderful it is to hear my mom sound happy again! Thank you DMES for your outstanding staff and amazing products!!!
