This is the worst bank I've ever used. There only open til 430 even on Fridays. Everytime I turn around the branch closest to me is shut down for some dumb reason. And no branches have been open til Monday all other banks are open. To ime to ditch these lose to sHi Michael. I'm sorry your experience with our financial center team wasn't what you expected. Very difficult to work with, get on phone, etc. Tellers generally helpful if you go in, although typically a line inside. Managers difficult, too. Make that horrible to work with, very difficult to get on phone call, have to drive-through or go in and wait in line

I live in Hot Springs and have called this bank multiple times over the course of a month. I just need 1 simple question answered... Never had anyone answer the phone. It's no suprise this bank has so many 1 star ratings. Close it down if there isnt enough staff to answer the phones. I'll take my money else where!

I have had a business down the street from this location for over 10 years. This location has slowly declined each and every year to the point that I cannot honestly see how it is open. I drive across town just to keep timely and competent help. I ADVISE YOU TO AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. It needs to be shut down. Not one competent employee. Wasted 30 minutes today trying to cash a check. Finally asked for it back and it took me 3 minutes to be helped at the Markham branch...with two people in front of me.
