Cute spot. The poinsettia was larger than expected and I loved it! My boyfriend had the classic with a side blueberry pancake and hash brown tumblers. He loved it. I had the lox and bagel and wasn't too impressed. The amount of smoked salmon you get compared to everything else on the plate is absolutely not portioned. I would not recommend the dish but everything else about the place was an experience.

We had great service here. The restaurant was very busy, but the waitress, food expo, food runners, and other wait staff did a good job. Everyone was clearly working hard (especially the cooks). We ordered Beignets, Chicken and Waffles, the Benedict Johnny, The Classic Plate, and a Kids Pancake. Everyone was satisfied with their food choices. The Beignets were hot and fresh. The sauces could be better. Most of us liked them best plain, but if we had to choose a sauce, the Nutella one was the least disappointing. The Chicken and Waffles wasn’t over-the-top delicious like it can be other places. The Benedict Johnny was very good. A great balance of flavors and textures. It wasn’t as spicy as I thought it would be, but it was still VERY GOOD. The Classic Plate was, you know, basic but well executed. The Kids Pancake was good and HUGE for a kids meal. The Tumblers look cool and you want them to be awesome, but they were just okay flavorwise. We’ll probably go back.

This was my first visit to Hatch and I was excited to try their food. The staff was very friendly, courteous and attentive. I tried several menu items and overall the food is good but not spectacular. If you like breakfast this not a bad choice.

This place is work the wait! We visited from Kansas and made the drive in. My friend and I were able to join the Yelp wait list when we were 40 miles away. It helped cut down on the wait time significantly, although we did still wait a decent amount of time upon arrive. This place is just that great and that busy! Join the Yelp list ASAP. The staff was really friendly and offered suggestions. It’s got a fun vibe to it and is a great place to enjoy brunch with friends and maybe snap a few photos for Instagram ;) My friend and I stuck with the classics, Biscuits and Gravy and Eggs Benedict. Even though we waited a long time, the food came out very quickly! I was also impressed by the full service coffee bar and coffee cocktail menu. Definitely worth the wait. There are a few community tables that are first come, first serve. Same with their window, Bar top seating.
