I was admitted through the er Friday afternoon . everyone was helpful . nice and polite even tho they were busy . i ended up on the 9th floor and though i cant brag enough about these miricle drs. They are terrific . they hopefully fixed my problem for good . nurses for the most part were great also . until i had surgery on Wednesday . thats when almost all of the nurses minus a few that were terrific . but most treated me like i was a problem they had to deal with . not somebody that needed help . do they not relize patients kinda have to be here for their care . nurses are paid and have a choice to be stuck at hospital . im in pain and felt as if they thought i was a junky there for meds only . ugh was wishing to go home less than a day after surgery . i have been crying because i dont even want to ask for meds or any kind of help now . im lucky my husband has stayed with me throuout this . its not right . we the patience are human to and we have feelings also . some nurses need to go learn how to be kind and curtious even if they're rushed . and whoever answers the phones on the floor need to learn to stop and listen as well . its Saturday now pray i go home tomorrow .

About 2 weeks ago my mom went to St.Anthony’s Healthplex for kidney stone pain. After great service there and a CT scan they told us they would need to admit her to the hospital downtown. We were hesitant due to never going to that hospital and it being further away than we liked but agreed. She had to go into emergency surgery for a stint then was admitted to the fourth floor afterward due to her being sepsis. It was a very scary few days for us. I cannot say enough about how impressed we were with her stay and medical care. My whole family has commented many times how amazing St.Anthony’s was and continues to be in regards to taking care of my mom. The fourth floor crew was positive, informative, and amazing. Nurses, doctors, and caseworkers alike went above and beyond. Even when I stayed late in the evening, there was always security to walk me out safely to my car. She had another surgery about a week later to remove a few of her stones and the nurses and doctors on the fifth floor were equally incredible. We are super grateful for this place and medical you provided. We are happy to use St.Anthony for any future visits. Ps- the cafeteria, Starbucks, and chick-fil-a is a brilliant touch too.

Dr. NAZIR AHMED at St. Anthony Hospital is the worst doctor EVER!!! Very bad manners, arrogant and very unprofessional! He undermined one of his colleagues and wanted to exert his power over this other doctor, all at MY, THE PATIENT, EXPENSE!!! Right in front of my eyes in my room I witnessed Dr. NAZIR AHMED feeling threatened by this other doctor’s advice/recommendations and made me suffer the useless consequences and my money all because he did NOT like what this kind, polite, well mannered other doctor’s advice!! Dr. NAZIR AHMED wanted to exert his power (authority) over this other doctor’s recommendation (which happened to correlate with all the other doctors that were the actual doctors working on me NOT DR NAZIR AHMED) and I was punished because Dr. NAZIR AHMED wanted to show the other doctor that he has the power not this other doctor!! Which final outcome was the other doctor’s advice was RIGHT and Dr. NAZIR AHMED was WRONG!!!! Never in my life have I seen such childish, arrogant behavior in a doctor as Dr. NAZIR AHMED shown , all at the expense of a patient’s, time, recovery, health and money!!!! It’s obvious Dr. NAZIR AHMED does NOT care about his patients because his fragile ego is far more important!! Very unprofessional! Do not recommend this doctor at all!!!!! Dr. NAZIR AHMED needs a large dose of humility! Work together as DOCTORS! Come on! This is just one of the many things wrong with this hospital. No communication at all between floors, units and medical workers. Patients in radiology, MRI, ultra sound imaging get left in hallways for very long time due to nobody will transport patients. I set in hallway with other patients for an hour waiting to be transport back to my room. Was given wrong diet more than once due to POOR communication. Doctors don’t communicate with nurses and nurses don’t communicate with doctors. Room was dirty with dead flower petals all over from previous patients, which says they don’t clean rooms between patients. Horrible!

What are the best time to call daily for questions about my sister? I live out of state Kansas. I worry about her and I need to have a daily update.

We have two primary entrances: one on the West side of the campus on Lee Avenue, the other on the East side of the campus accessible from Walker Avenue. The Emergency Room is accessible via the Pavilion ER entrance from Walker Avenue, between 10th and 9th Streets.
I gave birth there. It was a fiasco. Got moved to 3 different rooms and in the very early morning hours they came in and told me I had to leave...within 24 hours of giving birth..but my baby hadn't been seen by pediatrician yet so he couldn't go...waited outside the nursery until he was seen. They did come back and tell me...oops. sry... wrong person... but I was already up and dressed and packed at like 3 in the morning. I dont recommend this place and that was 20 years ago.
There are 3 hospitals, 2 Er's and a psychiatric hospital
Total Staffed Beds: 600 ... Data for this facility includes information for SSM Health Saint Anthony South and SSM Health Bone & Joint Hospital
Ground floor not far from the east entrance of the hospital there is a lot Construction around that area
4th floor, I think. Or behind the ER
Joyful Beginning
there are several parking spots 2 parking garages right off of nw 9th Street, between Walker and Lee Avenue. parking with inside of Saint Anthony's if there's any parking there. Usually you be lucky to find one at night or weekends
Of course you can! They even give each patient a single stem once they are admitted
Yes, but small and not terribly comfortable... I bring pillows and maybe a sheet, toothbrush, etc. ICU has a very skinny sleeping area. Regular area has cots that are wide, but short (for me at 5'11" my feet dangled off). Food is okay, cleanliness of the room and bathroom can be a problem..
1111 North Dewey Avenue, Oklahoma City, Ok 73103
It got cut off
You have to go through E.D. to get that service
Why weren't you paying attention to his whereabouts?
What was your attitude like? Plus this Pandemic has everyone working extra hours and shifts. Give them a break, they are saving lives!
sorry, but I am not sure.
Try Healing Hands Clinic, 411 NW 11th St in downtown Okc. They take care of people like yourself. Good Organization!
Go to medical records on the 1st floor or ask the concierge the Desk
The east entrance is off Walker by the ER. You can use valet if you like. I hope that is helpful 🙂
Always treated with respect and honestly.
There's a room 715 on almost every floor. Is there a way you can find out which floor?
If a loved one needs to be transferred, an ambulance will take them. Loved ones, still have to drive.
Northeast side of the building where the emergency department is on the 1at floor. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, and follow the signs. I sincerely hope your loved one will need okay.
No
Yes they do. I believe they are about $30-40/night. You can ask the nurse for more info or case manager
No it's called start
Um not sure that valet is even there on the weekend.
Yes next to the cafeteria
I do not know about that
Yes there is a Pharmacy
Not sure where the are on 5 west. But they do have vending machines located next to the cafeteria on the main floor (2nd floor). Additionally the cafeteria is open from 6:30am to 7:30pm and 11pm to 2am. Starbucks in Saints Medical Plaza is open from 6am to 7pm (Monday - Friday) and 6am to 2pm (Saturday & Sunday).
Physicians billing 272 -3857
It depends on how bad it is. If you think it needs to be pulled out then they might, or they might try and repair the tooth. (P.S. this is not me. This is my little brothers account.)

The room is located on the 9th floor. You will take the main elevators up to the main floor and then walk down hallway to the east (the only direction you can go). You will pass the waiting room and at the end of the hallway is the nurses station with signs directing you to the patient rooms. You will take a left to go down the North Hall.
They do not have an Open MRI. However they can do sedation if it is ordered by your doctor or the radiologist. You will need to ask the doctor ordering it to request sedation. You will have to have a driver with you if you receive sedation. There are also multiple other facilities that do provide Open MRIs throughout the OKC Metro. You can find them on Google.
I called medical records and no one answered so who do I call now
If you visit the hospital twice in the same day they will charge you for each visit as billing the all healthcare facilities are done by the visit not by illness. So if you visit the ER twice then they will charge you twice and you will be charge for 2 copays.
Go to the vital statics off. It is located with the state offices. He will need at least his driver's license. I would call first too see what they require. St Anthony's does not keep copies of actual birth certificate.
3rd floor 3SE
I definitely would refer anyone to St.Anthony shawnee or Oklahoma city.

Is
Probably not, they might work on one of you, then the other.
It's a community hospital. So they should take any and all. Check your insurance list on line
The room is located on the 9th floor. Take the main elevators to the 9th floor and head east down the hallway (the only direction you can go). You will past the waiting room and at the end of the hall is the nurses station. There will be signs directing you to the patient rooms. You will take a right and go down the south hall.
Depends on unit... For me... I was in regular care and there was no visiting hours... Visitors came freely
