the zero liability is a joke to this bank. I called to report someone hacked into my account and transferred all the money out but they didn't help me get the money back. it happened on june 20th and i reported on june 21st

For anyone considering using Stride Bank PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DON’T DO IT! Especially their DasherDirect card for Doordashers. I have had them hold funds for A MONTH for a purchase that was cancelled that same day and the merchant stated they released the hold WAAAAY before that. I am currently dealing with a missing refund from a merchant who issued the refund on October 22nd, 2021 and even provided a transaction # for the refund that Stride still has not put back into my account. I have logged a BBB complaint (please check out their Better Business Bureau page, they have a horrid BBB rating for these exact reasons). I have never in my life dealt with issues like these from a bank. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BANK, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
