I have been living here for four years and it used to be a nice place to stay. Typically I have no issues here. However lately it's been crazy Because maintenance is barely there, neither is management. We have both the residents and the surrounding neighborhood kids banging on people's doors. It seems like nothing is being done to ensure a peace of mind for people that DO live there and pay rent. More importantly, these adults need to be made aware of their kids and gain control. No one should have to live with being harassed. DO SOMETHING!

This is a very nice neighborhood those Apartment homes were meant for elderly folks !! now there are people sitting in front of the building smoking and selling drugs with no regards it’s sad to see this Apartment in a nice residential, quiet family oriented neighborhood hopefully it doesn’t bring down our property value !!!!

Front office team accommodating and helpful. A very clean surrounding except for people who don't value peace and being neighborly. This is a NON- smoking facility. Parking is open providing everyone follows house policy. This is a hidden treasure if the the right people continues to move in. Always seem to have a few who don't appreciate a good thing. So If you have a hidden agenda, find another place like Sherman Hail/Hell. LOL
