Even if your desperate for an apartment stay away from here and any property Avalanche properties own. Not only did they not do any upkeep to the apartments, they didn’t fix any water damages that caused mice and roaches to enter but when receiving the apartment the carpet, walls and kitchen were used and dirty. When moving out I provided the 30 day notice and never missed a rent. Even paid to get a door fix that was just from wear and tear from living here several years. They gave back section 8 the security deposit and then charged and send me to collections for 900$. They claim it was the carpet, paint and clean up. When everything was clean! The carpet was not old and they never kept up with the paint. I am beyond frustrated with the office because they are full aware of the situation and yet still went ahead with turning it to collections. Cindy and the other young lady who “did” the inspection you are aware of how she received the apartment and the tenant she was! They return the security to section 8 and try to charge me. You are stealing my money and knowing that to fight this is a huge battle! Calling legal aid and reporting them to BBB!

They don’t care about the tenants, they don’t even return or pick up your call. They rented me a home, with a unfinished job. They told me to let them know if there’s anything they forgot to fix and I did, but no one still haven’t came to fix my apartment and it’s already been two months.

People Beware of Avalon Village/Guillermo Torres/Victor and Janice Horrible management they don't care about tenants they only care about the money plus they have bed bugs/mices in the building i been here almost a year i can't wait to move from here!
