Horrible service...was told my issue had to be handled with customer service....after 1 day 7 different agents who repeatedly dropped my calles after hold times of 30 min plus....had to call in the next day since they closed and could no longer help me...only to be told I need to walk into a branch...issue still unresolved...pathetic and need to change their greeting from wold class service to lack of
