Seems (in my opinion) that they work with booking dot com to fraud people, both companies are fraud. I want my money back, I never got my apartment stay. And you guys kept sending me bad link so I could not submit evidence. I get it, you want to keep the money. Filing a complaint with the FTC.

I am on a road trip with my daughter and decided to stop at this location to get some cash from the ATM. The ATM literally ate and kept my debit card for absolutely no reason at all and without warning. I have been banking for 40 years and with Capital One for at least 20 years and this has never happened to me. I didn’t even know that was a thing. I called customer service and they said that they can “expedite” me a new one in three business days which is actually five because it’s Friday evening. In addition, I’m not at home. So basically, they were useless. It’s the weekend and I’m traveling so how will that help me. What an inconvenience!! This literally ruined my day and my trip. Thanks for nothing!!

Provided bad information and hung up on me after I said thank you. I have a lot of money and the highest tier credit cards with capital one. That changes today. I won’t do business with this low grade bank anymore.

My understanding is that if... Your account is closed and you have money in it. Minus whatever fees are owed you should either recieve your money right then and there if in person or A check or money order. Something like that.
