Worst customer service, take four times to open an account. That ‘s 40 min per trip walking on a hot Texas day. Also the teller messed up the appointment and rescheduled it saying ‘It all happens in an instant so we couldn’t notify you’. After 15min, the bank called again and asked to come back to that ‘cancelled’ appointment. Not shocking that the teller doesn’t seem at all mind nor apologetic about the incident.

one of the worst chase bank i have ever visited. because it close to my work place it easy to use this branch however the attitude, the cluelessness and the obvious resistance to assist is shameful
