I guess I'll be generous and give them a 3. I recently tried the Edge pizza but didn't like it too much. I think it was the sweet marinara sauce that threw it off a bit. I've also tried the Super Supreme and it was actually pretty good. So stick with the regular menu and it will be ok.

I ordered $40 worth of pizza at 8pm for delivery 2 hrs later still no pizza the driver claimed he sat in front of my house for 10 minutes never came to my door then I was told to come pick my pizza up at the pizzahut I went the door was locked so I went to drive thru and the manager refused to remake my pizzas said they only have one driver and I can't get my pizza redelivered the manager argued with me slammed the window and said he is refunded my money and refused my service I will never go back to the pizza hut on University Ave ever again very unprofessional employees not to mention when you call with a problem they hung up the phone in your face

I called my order in , 15 minutes later I pulled up in the drive thru... The lady working the window told me it would be 15 minutes and asked me to pull around to the front entrance and they would bring my order out. First issue, I called my order in 15 minutes or so prior, why am I having to wait an additional 15 minutes? Well I did as asked, after waiting 25 minutes, I go back to the drive thru and inquired about whe hold up... at that time, I was told the machine was polishing itself and they had to wait on it to complete. She told me in 15 more minutes she would bring it out herself. Had it not been the fact my parents had a taste for Pizza Hut, I would've requested my money back! About 20 minutes or so, a man bought my food out. I asked why in the world would it take an hour to receive an order after it was a call-in, he simply stated he just worked there. Upon making it to my parents house, I take the food out of the bag, which were 12 lemon pepper wings and and a large supreme pizza, and was so disappointed I wanted to scream. The wings were old looking and dried out, and the pizza was a thin layer of what looked like scattered cheese, scattered vegetables and I didn't see ANY meat!! I dont know who own this particular location, but if your sales are declining, this would be your reason why! To have to pay for sauce for chicken and red pepper for the pizza, the food should atleast be average standards. The Pizza looked like a kindergarten kid made it without having all of the ingredients. I'm very displeased with the University location and will never spend my money there again! It's become a garbage store. Oh and let me add, the whole time I waited, there was no one in line before me and one other customer eventually came, so they were not busy!
