While they do have a very nice gift shop that is wheelchair and scooter accessible, the cave tour does require the user to take a boat, a bus, a fairly steep hill and numerous steps including in a cave. This is very unfortunately not one for individuals with mobility limitations. I'm sorry about that.
The majority of the property is ADA compliant with the exception of the cave. Due to the natural layout of the cave and elevation differences, stairs are the only way to explore. During low lake level year such as this one, there can also be an exposed shoreline with rough/uneven trails. Although we grade the roads daily, more road is exposed every night and we are limited by regulations to the maintenance on our shoreline roads.
They do offer a video walk through for those unable to walk through the caves.
The main entrance and gift shop yes...in the caves... Unfortunately No
The tour itself is around 800 steps in total
