It all depends on the size of the oxygen machine/tank as well as an individuals physical abilities. We have had people navigate the cavern tour with machines that seemed to do very well. We even had one gentleman that carried a larger tank with a dolly through the cave and did absolutely fine! We do have a turnaround point in the lower half for those who want to try but are not able to make it through the rest of the tour. At least this way one can still see a good portion of the cave.

There are a lot of stairs to conquer, so depending on the portability of the tank, and your physical condition, it may be possible. Always a good idea to call and ask.
