Yes, but there are very few so far in where the tours take place, as the open natural entrances to the cavern are some miles away from the section that the man-made entrances are in. We saw one or two during our tour however, and there are massive piles of old guano from when bats were more active in those parts.
Not to worry, they won't harm you. This is their environment, not ours, but we are welcome visitors. You will totally enjoy your visit.
