We did the bed and breakfast train ride this past Friday night. It was fantastic! The train is beautiful and our bedroom with our own bathroom was really nice. The dinner was so flavorful! The appetizers, soup, dinner and dessert were all delicious!! We had a private dining car. We enjoyed drinks, visiting and the views along with dinner. The staff was wonderful and so friendly! We sat by the fire in the evening when we came back from the ride and dinner. Then got back on the train and gathered in the club car to visit with a few others who were staying the night. Then it was off to bed. We slept good and headed to the dining car in the morning for coffee. Then we were served a breakfast of thick French toast, scrambled eggs and sausage. A perfect end to our trip! We will definitely be doing it again!

Just got back from spending the night on the train. The owners are really awesome and friendly. The train ride was really nice. And the 4 course dinner and breakfast was amazing. The bedroom was really cute. We lived it. Going back again next summer. Definitely worth it❤

Nice leisurely ride - perfect for slowing down your life when it seems everyone is in a hurry. They started out with getting you a beverage. Then a appetizer that was Italian sausage on a little skewer wrapped in bacon (very tasty). Next came warm soft dinner rolls and chicken wild rice soup. Stopped at a little overlook for a bit. At the half way mark we received our entree (I chose the salmon and my wife the chicken kiev) both very good. Then back towards the station. In one of the latest review it stated it looked like a landfill. My guess is that individual has never been to a landfill. They have had to beat the brush back with a brush cutter and there were old railroad ties along the way but that's that. Overall - something different instead of your ordinary night out to eat.

Had a great time on the dinner train on a beautiful June Saturday night. Zach was our waiter, Nick was the bartender, and the whole staff was great. This isn't a historical train ride with tidbits of train facts or anything like that. It's a private dinner with the option of heading down to the lounge car after you eat to enjoy a little fresh air and mix it up with other riders. Cash bar, excellent food, beautiful views. 10/10 will ride again.

I don't think so
The train is closed due to the Federal Transportation Mask Mandate that requires guests to wear masks continuously even between "bites and sips" while dining. Currently estimated that we will reopen in May 2022.
We are planning to launch a year long 25th anniversary celebration on May 1, 2021.

No other pets on our train ride. Didn't see any signs prohibiting dogs? Call them, I had questions and the staff was very helpful. Train ride was very enjoyable.
