They sure do Dawn Abdulmani. They aren't free however. $8 for a manual and $33 for a motorized wheelchair. The zoo is very nice and very accommodating to their guests.
They do have strollers for rent, but not sure about wheelchairs. You may be able to call and ask, they have friendly and helpful staff.
I'm pretty sure Riverbanks Zoo has all available access for the handicapped
