If we order online to go with field trip and school cancels bc of rain, can we get a refund?

From what i understand...when you order online you have until that date next year to go to the zoo. So if you buy it for tomorrow...you habe until may 16, 2019 to is it

I went on a field trip with my sons school and literally order my ticket online when i go there. They send you an email with a barcode so you use that as your ticket. If i were you i would wait in case it rains.

Yes becaise the zoo gives you a year so the school can always reissue those tickets and thwn give you the refund

I would think the school would be the one to issue the refund in that case, or they would reschedule for a later date.
