I am a member and I went to customers service got 4 tickets printed off, Can I give them to my family. Do i need to be there for them to use them.

Shouldn't, a friend gave my son for guest passes they had and we used them with no problems without them present.

As long as its purchased under their names you don't have to be there. Otherwise if its for you than yes you do.
