Yes. They run about $13.56 and when you return it, you will get back a five dollar deposit.. They also have scooters available for rent. They are around $40.64..and you will also get a five dollar deposit back when it is returned.

Yes when you go through the gate they will be on the left side by the gift shop

I don't think so. You can call and ask but most everything is wheelchair accessible.
