Hi planning a visit this spring. Can you tell me if this area was affected by the glass fires last year. Obviously the Castle is still here and open for business...but just wondering about neighboring businesses and homes.

It's off season right now. You will see small spots of fire damage but for the most part everything's open. This is an amazing weekend getaway location. 7 stars

You can still come jusy reserve a time!

The Castello actually lost a building during the fire but it was a building not connected to the Castello. Sterling lost more and I believe remains closed. Most businesses in the area were saved. Both Saint Helena and Calistoga are open for business. Hope this helps
