I am pretty confident they are, but it is always good to call and ask first. They had a New Year's Eve member's only party in their castle the night before. So expect a good number of hung over staff and VIP guests.

I would think so, but call and ask. With the amount of money they make each day I doubt they would be closed, but they may make so much money they could be too. We went a few days ago and it was the busiest place by far of any of the other wineries.
