Yes they are open, make an appointment for sure. The "tour" isn't as the usual tour that they have. Its outdoor seating only. Its a good experience still but no 2hr plus tour.

Went the other day and we got a shortened 5min tour before our scheduled wine tasting outside. Afterwards we could explore the castle on our own, only outdoors. You must make an appointment ahead of time and wear a mask.
