Drivethru just means you get to sit in your car and listen to your own music. It does not mean that your order skips ahead of everyone else's and is produced instantly.
Steak 'n shake is not known for fast food. Its is a sit down restaurant and just because you went through the drive thru, it does mean that your order is more important than everyone else's.
