The service at the Grandville location is what has me returning for our 5th and 6th Trek bikes. I'd rather drive past the Kentwood location out of my way to Grandville for the excellent customer service. They have always been kind, patient with us and extremely knowledgeable.

Stopped in for a Thule Roof Cargo box. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They even gave us the tools we needed to install it right there in their parking lot. Highly recommend!

Very safe, they have demarcation lines, capacity limits, a mask policy and plenty of space for social distancing! There is also hand sanitizer available and things are being frequently sanitized.

I don't know for sure. I went to the Grandville location for a recumbent. Ask for Ed & ask him. He's VERY helpful & VERY knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with them. They're low key & will work with you. Happy Holidays!
Mel, we do have some rental bikes. Currently our Kentwood location uses the mountain bikes from the demo fleet as rental bikes, which makes for seasonal availability, and our Holland store has basic pavement bikes to rent. For 2019 all of our stores will have a pavement bike as well as an ebike option to rent.
