This store is FANTASTIC!!!! I rushed this morning there for an urgent package to be delivered because of the hurricane and the store was open! They helped me tremendously and quickly. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience even through all of the chaos!

Had a great experience at this location had some things returned and unfortunately had them in the wrong boxes but staff was supper friendly and help me get everything switched over accordingly quickly

I went by the Nocatee UPS Store to drop off some Amazon returns, and Leigh, the store manager, was so helpful. I had some returns that required boxing, which I boxed, and others that didn't, which I didn't box, according to my return instructions from Amazon. She thanked me for having them prepared correctly, processed them quickly, via the QR codes I had on my phone, and I was out the door! Thanks for making the process so easy! I often have Amazon returns, and this is always my go-to place to handle my returns. It's always so quick and easy!

I have been to many UPS locations this store had great service I read reviews and I totally disagree I have came here a handful of times never had an unpleasant experience. Prices definitely weren’t anything you wouldn’t expect to pay great job you are all doing in the store
