Seller Beware! We had successfully sold furniture in the past. They recently updated their agreements with sellers and the new business practices borderline on being predatory in nature. Basically after 90 days if you don’t pick up unsold property, they convert it to their own.

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU CONSIGN YOUR ITEMS WITH THEM. Terrible experience. Luxury for Less took our custom upholstered chairs and oriental runners, but never provided us the paperwork afterwards. After repeatedly contacting them over the past year, they can not give us any answer of what happened to our furniture. For the past 45 days I have tried to get a clear answer from the owner Elaine. It has required me to send repeated follow-up messages to get an answer. The last reply from her was that our pieces were beyond the 90-day consignment period. How can you not have a record of your items sold? Never did they contact us about our account or items. Their business has either horrendous record keeping or questionable ethics. If you consign your items - do not leave without your paperwork, understand that most consignment contracts surrender your items to the store after 90-days, and be very active monitoring your items.
