Yes, both tent and RV camping, but need advance reservation at MI DNR website. Have modern restrooms and showers, very clean. They also serve coffee in the morning. Many camp sites are waterfront, and cost the same as non-waterfront sites. Have 20/30 amps hook up but there are no sewage hook up. There is a dump station though.
