About 10 minutes each way
The ride itself takes maybe about 15min. But once you get to the top you can spend as much time as you would like at the observatory deck looking around. We spent about and hour just looking around. There is a neighborhood right there with beautiful houses. So we just went for a walk before heading back down.
It's only 1mile up and back so it doesn't take long time wise but it is definitely worth checking out. They also give lots of details as you are riding.
