Every time I go in everyone here is beyond helpful. Went in again today to get an automated issue with my savings account corrected. Abbie and Elaina (sorry if I misspelled) were superheroes and immediately jumped into action. They corrected my problem quickly and professionally when the reps on the 800 number wouldn’t even try to help me and I just had to brag on them. Give them raises and breaks and free lunches cuz those girls rock. Thanks girls!

Extremely slow and inefficient. Seems to be always understaffed. The associate helping me handle a fraudulent charge on my account was rude and not friendly at all. I was calm and just wanted information as far as how to handle my situation and felt as if I was treated like a burden and a waste of her time.
