While the creek is beautiful, we DO NOT recommend getting in. Many of the times the current will look soft when in reality it is very fast and very cold and very dangerous. During the drought years it was slow enough to soak. However, due to the heavy winter, the creek will be high and not accessible to get wet. (Dip your toes in at your own risk)
If they walk down to the stream and play in it yes. My kids have never gotten wet, unless purposefully trying to or fishing.
Depends on time of year, and water flows. Later in the summer water levels are down and flows are less. This year may be different
