There were still spots available at 12 on a Sat in June. First come first serve. $8 a night. 14 day limit. Clean vault toilets with hand sanitizer. No firewood for sale. There is a dump station and water. Too windy for our tent had to sleep in the car.

Cool place to stay. Great views you will hear traffic from Hwy 395 which is close.

Nice view of Lake Crowley. Rarely crowded. Basic restroom. …

Loved our time here. No shade whatsoever but that made it perfect for stargazing. Seeing the milky way span from the Sierras to the lake was amazing. Spots seemed close together, but on a friday in August it was only 1/4 full and very peaceful and quiet

All camp sites were available a few weeks ago. I would not expect this camp ground to be crowded in the month of August.
D0 u need reservations , are there hook ups (power)
I was there last week. Campground is open but no fires are allowed
No. It closes at the end of October and reopens in April, usually in early to mid month.
$8/day
You can get to the lake in anything. Camping in tent cold until June
There are water spigots available in the park and it's decent drinking water.
They're up to $8/night this year, or $120 for a month through the BLM office in Bishop.
Nope, just a dump station. The sites are all primitive, with just a fire ring and concrete picnic tables.
Fishing opening late April
