Nightmare!! Rented Summit 256 in Mammoth. place was falling apart. Blinds were held up by bic pen and duct tape. (pic) and fell and hit my my wife on the head; brown water from bathroom faucet; closet door off tracks; no place to sit and eat (bar or dining table and chairs). Fortunately Natural Retreats quickly relocated us to nice condo at St. Moritz. Good for them!

Old building, but decent. Absolutely no smoking/vaping/e-cigs anywhere on the property (not even on private balconies or in the condos) - very nice! There is a monetary penalty for those caught smoking. We stayed in the Ansel Adams building - booked a one bedroom thru air bnb for $110/night. Dogs are allowed! There are stairs and a small elevator in the Ansel Adams building. The ground floor is a garage with one space allotted for each condo.

Good location when the Eagle chairlift is open in the winter. Condo's are individually owned so quality, quaintness, and comfort is unit by unit. Good outdoor jacuzzi's with sauna and bathrooms. Parking can be a pain depending on your group size and number of cars.
