We are trying to plan a family gathering this coming July, 2020...we'd need five sites. Does anyone know if it's even possible to book sites for the same year if they don't answer their phone or correspondence until April? Thanks!

I don't think there's any way around it since the below is what is said on their website... If I were you, I'd just be sure to call on the very first day that they're open for bookings. It would be difficult. Most sites were booked one year in advance. I was there for July 2019 and 2020 were fully booked. It doesn't hurt to call and check on their reservation status because from time to time people cancel and sites open up. However, only time they take calls are during the time and hours they posted on their website, no exceptions. Good Luck!

Just be sure and call the first day. That's the only way for reservations.
