Geek Squad and Best Buy managers usually respond well to calm interactions. I would recommend going to customer service, ask for either the GM or Ops manager, and explain the situation calmly.
I unfortunately have not been to the Best Buy in Kentucky . I live in Ohio . And the only one I've ever been to was in Mentor Ohio . And I have only been there once in my life . I'm sorry that I can not help you . But maybe you can try and contact authorities in some way . And try and take them to court . For their wrongful actions
