I live and work here in maintenance and let me tell you... As a guest I have never had any issues! Friendly and professional staff always there when you need them. I love working there fixing stuff too! Would recommend!

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in we paid for a month an only stayed a night because it's that awful. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and unstable the toilet leaked and the shower was dirty. We watched a drug deal take place in the parking lot an the entire hall smelled like weed 10/10 would not recommend to a freind we at least got a refund as they only charged us for the first night.

Rooms were ok but not especially comfortable. The bed frame was metal tubes and it felt like sleeping on a cot. We stayed on a night there was a fire on the first floor. So we evacuated. only a few guests did. I was told by an officer this happened several times a week so the residents are used it it so they don't evacuate. This feels like a hotel for low income folks who need a place to stay and maybe can't afford an apartment. It does not feel like a safe place. Shady characters and smoking and vape everywhere. Weed smell in hall..It's not a good place if u want to feel safe or comfortable. I tried to be open minded but we couldn't wait to leave. Never in a million years when I bring children there.

Customer service is non existence. Added fees after checkout for no reason. Never again! In response to Theo, there was NO smoking in the room. Manager actually admitted to me there was no smoking but would not reverse the charges, said it was corporates decision. I definitely will continue to spread the word on your lack or customer service and your hotel standards. Have a nice day
