Very nice rooms with privacy. Respectful staff aswell as very good food. All the provided amenities worked just fine, and all staff were friendly. A staff member even played a quick game of basketball with me, which I thought was going the extra mile. Definitely costly, but the price is worth the great service and provided amenities. If I need a hotel anytime soon the Residence Inn is where I'll be staying.

Positive: Room size and general amenities were excellent. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient. Negative: White paint in the bath flaked off constantly. Paint poorly concealed some damaged crown molding. The Business Center printer was out of ink, there was no available ink cartridge, and staff was not interested. Carpets were dirty in stairs and hallway.

Very pleased with the size of the room (King Suite), the kitchen was additional bonus we were not expecting. The room was larger than any hotel we have stayed in. Thankful for the couch as my husband is disabled & could not sleep flat on the bed. Really enjoyed our short stay & the staff was very helpful & extremely friendly. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

We had a very favorable one-night stay. Mark at the front desk, and all the staff we encountered, was very friendly and helpful. Despite a shortage of housekeeping staff, our room and the facility were pretty clean. The hotel was quiet, the pool was great, and even the continental breakfast was pretty good. Our deadbolt didn't work, I let the staff know when we checked out. Overall very favorable.
