I feel like this place usually gets a bad rep, but I’ve been here twice now and I gotta say I love the burgers and I love the shakes. I’m not a picky eater, nor do I care about what how neatly the food is (idc if the burger is slightly off center or anything like that), and the burgers are real good. There are never a lot of workers there so for who they’ve got I say you get some good food and shakes. Fairly priced too for what you get, I’ll be coming back every once in a while. :)

Went thru the drive thru. Only one vehicle ahead of us. Relatively quick but not as fast as Wendy's. Order was correct. Very friendly staff. Food met expectations.

Me and my boyfriend went to this steak and shake and ordered two burgers and two shakes. When I got my “burger”, there was no actual burger in my sandwich. It consisted only of lettuce, tomato- just condiments. Not actual hamburger. I’m pretty disappointed. Shakes were good though.

The food and service were great! But, like every other restaurant, they are under-staffed and over worked. Thank you to the staff for hanging in there!
